Mascalls Academy Post-16 Results image

We want to celebrate the hard work and dedication of all our students. These results reflect some particularly strong performances.  We are incredibly proud of all our students for their resilience and commitment. These results are a testament to their hard work and the unwavering support of our dedicated staff and the whole Mascalls community. It is particularly pleasing to see such strong outcomes in art, music, and vocational subjects like finance and ict, which provide our students with diverse and valuable skills for their future as well as celebrating their talents.

We are celebrating the success of several of our top performers who have secured excellent results and are excited for their next stage:

  • Zoe secured an A in psychology, an A in biology, a B in spanish, and an A* in her Extended Project Qualification (EPQ). She is set to begin her university journey studying psychology at York University
  • Hugo showcased his diverse talents with a Distinction* in RSL music, an A in business, and a B in biology. He will be pursuing a highly competitive apprenticeship

In addition to the results, the destination of our students in this cohort have been particularly impressive. George Harris has secured a place to study international Business with TETR – a highly competitive Global programme that will see him initially based in Dubai this year.  A very select few are offered this opportunity each year and the process was incredibly rigorous. We are incredibly proud of George’s determination and hard work to be accepted onto such a prestigious opportunity.

We also have students going to Cardiff, King’s College London, Exeter, York, Southampton and Loughborough as well as two students who secured places on a reputable Product Design course at University of Sussex which only selects 35 students on the course each academic year.

The impressive outcomes and destinations highlight our commitment to providing a wide range of pathways for our students, enabling them to pursue their individual passions and ambitions, whether that be university, apprenticeships, or the world of work.
