Dear Parent/Carer
KS3 Community Service Project – Churchill Living, Paddock Wood
We have been asked by Churchill Living retirement living council to create a Christmas themed mural for their windows on the high street. Our art club students have been working hard creating designs that will be displayed in the windows.
I am writing to you because your child is one of 4 that has been nominated for the Arts Colours award & I would love for them to come and help with the application of the mural to the windows along with representatives of our A level classes. I have estimated that it will take 2 hours to complete, so we would like to take the students out of lessons on Wednesday 17th December from 9am- 11am.
Students should attend advisory to register and meet us in reception to walk to the High Street. They may wish to bring a drink and snack with them since they will miss breaktime, but we will be back in school in time for lunch, so packed lunches will not be required.
