NOTIFICATION OF SCHOOL VISIT
Title of Visit: Dance-MJ the Musical
Date of Visit: 13th November, 2025
Students Involved: Year 12 & 13 Dance students and XY boys dance club
Destination: Prince Edward Theatre Old Compton Street, London, W1D 4HS
Travel Details: Meet in reception at 4pm. We will then walk down to Paddock Wood train station together. Students and staff will board a train together and travel to Charing cross. We will then find somewhere to get some dinner. Students and staff will then walk to the theatre together-approx arrival at 7pm. Performance begins at 7.30pm and the running time is approx 2hrs 30 mins including interval. Leave theatre approx 10pm and walk to Charing Cross station. Board earliest available train (10.34pm) Arrival back in Paddock Wood approx 11.25pm. Students to be collected by parents from the train station.
Purpose of visit: To support students in sixth form who are studying Michael Jackson, and to support the boys dance group who are working on an MJ inspired piece for the show.
Nature of activities: Students will watch a performance based on the life and work of Michael Jackson.
Cost and payment: The cost is £25.86. This covers travel and ticket fee. Students will need to bring either a packed lunch or some money to buy food.

They will then be able to provide information regarding any financial assistance that may be available to you.

Required on the day: Some spending money for food. Students can bring own clothes to change into from their uniform. Please dress appropriately for the theatre.
