Dear Parent/Guardian,
The Leigh Academy Mascalls dance department is delighted to announce that we are placing another order of our dance uniform. The uniform is optional, and can be worn in place of the existing Mascalls T-shirt/hoody/performance top for dance lessons, whilst attending dance clubs, competitions and also at our dance show rehearsals.
All items of the uniform are embroidered with the dance department logo on the back, the school logo on the front, right hand side, and also can be personalised with your child’s name or initials on the front, left hand side, too. Sizing and colour options are detailed below.
Please complete a separate form for each item you would like to purchase.
Once orders are collated, items will be added to your Scopay account for you to make payment.
The deadline for ordering the uniform through this Google Form is Wednesday 8th October at 4pm.
The DEADLINE for payment via Scopay is Thursday 16th October by 3:10pm.
The order will be placed with our provider on Friday 17th (last day of Module 1).
If payment is not received, the item/s will not be ordered.
