NOTIFICATION OF SCHOOL VISIT
Title of Visit: Dance trip to Move It 2026
Date of Visit: 20th March 2026
Students Involved: Gifted and talented Dance students (Clubs and exam groups)
Destination: Move It 2026 Excel London
Travel Details: Meet in the Mascalls’ bus bay at 8.00am. Travel by coach to Excel London. Return to Mascalls’ bus bay by 5pm.
Purpose of visit: Professional experience, exposing students to opportunities and potential career paths within the dance world. Staff and student networking.
Nature of activities: Students will be able to access the main floor where there are many dance schools, vendors and performers with stalls full of information, and goods to purchase. Students will also have access to a large variety of performances to watch. There is also the possibility of taking part in professional dance classes-info will be sent separately once place on trip is confirmed.
Cost and payment: The cost is £47. This covers the coach and the ticket for entry into the event.
If you require financial support, please contact the trip leader (kristina.horn@mascalls.latrust.org.uk) and include the student’s name, form, trip title and a brief reason for requiring assistance. They will then be able to provide information regarding any financial assistance that may be available to you.
Confirming your place: To request a place for your child, please complete the consent form using the link below by Wednesday 31st January 2026.
This trip is likely to be oversubscribed and therefore the payment details will not appear on your child’s Scopay account until their place is confirmed by email, payment will be required by Friday 6th February 2026. Please note that no monies can be refunded unless cancellation is made by the school. If allocated a place on the trip you are bound by the terms and conditions of the travel company.

Required on the day: Students will need to wear Mascalls PE kit OR Mascalls Dance T-Shirt/hoody should they own one. Packed lunch, water. Some spending money-there are stalls selling dance related equipment and clothing.
Other details: Should any parents have concerns over the financial aspect of the visit; they should contact the trip leader for assistance. Please note that students may spend some time in the vicinity of teachers but not in their direct company whilst in groups of 3 or more.
