RE: Year 7 Parents Evening – Booking via MCAS
Year 7 Parents Evening is on Thursday 20th November 4.00-7:00pm and will take place in the 2012 Hall.
To book appointments we are asking you to login via your MCAS (MyChildAtSchool) app, the booking portal will open at 4pm on Monday 17th November and close on Wednesday 19th November at 11pm.
Please note that only one parent/carer will need to book the appointments and only one appointment per student made with the lead teacher for each subject. However, the appointments can be attended by more than one parent/carer.
As many teachers teach multiple Year 7 classes, appointment slots may fill up quickly. If you find it difficult to book an appointment with every subject teacher, we recommend prioritising core subjects or any subject area where you have a particular concern. If you are unable to secure appointments for all desired subjects, please contact the college admin team after the booking window closes, and they will assist in obtaining feedback from the relevant teacher(s).
We also advise that your son/daughter attends the appointments with you.
